All registration data and personal information are protected by the Matt Donovan, Notary Public Privacy Policy.

As a Notary, I cannot nor am I able to provide Legal Advice. Any conversation or discussion prior to, during, or after an appointment shall not be considered legal advice. When in doubt, please seek legal counsel from an Attorney.

Services are provided as-is without guarantees regarding timeliness, accuracy, or availability.
Contributions
Any user feedback, suggestions, or submissions become the sole property of Matt Donovan, Notary Public without obligation to compensate the user.
Content Licensing
Users grant Matt Donovan, Notary Public a license to use any submitted content for display and promotion within the site.
Commercial Reuse
Users may not replicate, resell, or exploit the services for commercial purposes.
Warranty Disclaimers
No warranties expressed or implied regarding fitness, accuracy, or reliability.
Limitation of Liability
Matt Donovan, Notary Public is not liable for damages (direct, indirect, consequential, etc.) arising from use of the services.
Release
Users release Matt Donovan, Notary Public from claims or damages arising from disputes.
Electronic Notices
Notices, including but not limited to updates to there Terms, Conditions, and Policices may be delivered electronically.
Messages regarding service or appointments may be sent out via text message, email, or both. You have the option and ability to opt out of electronic communication at any time.
User Responsibility
If you access services in an unauthorized manner, you may not receive important notices or information.
Accepted Payment Methods
Forms of payment that are accepted for services include cash, all major credit cards, check, Venmo, Paypal, CashApp, and Apple Pay.
Zelle is not accepted for payment.
Receipt or proof of payment will be provided upon request.
When Payment is due
Any payment or amount discussed prior to an appointment should be considered an estimate. All payments are due at the time an appointment is complete and service is rendered.
Invoice Terms and Policies
- In some cases, invoices may be issued for services. All invoice terms and conditions are considered agreed to and binding on completion of service and receipt of invoice.
- All invoices are due Net 30 from the date they are issued, with a 7-day grace period, unless other terms have been set and agreed to by all parties.
- Partial payment will not be accepted unless previous arrangements have been made and agreed to by all parties. If a partial payment is received and no prior agreement has been made, we will refund the amount and add any applicable processing fees to the invoice.
- After the expiration of the grace period, an invoice is considered late, and a late fee of $100 will be applied. A $100 late fee will be applied every 30 days until payment is received in full.
- I reserve the right to refer any past due invoices to Small Claims Court or Collections, as I see fit.
Refund, cancellation, and chargeback policies
- All services are provided "AS IS". That being said, if an issue comes up that neither the Notary nor the client/Contracting party was aware of, such as Ink color requirements, paper size, please contact me, and we can discuss correcting any oversight.
- Refunds shall be issued at my sole discretion.
- In the event funds need to be refunded or transactions "reversed" that involved a third party such as but not limited to PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, the refund amount shall be the original amount less any processing fee imposed by the third-party provider.
- No refunds will be issued; any funds or deposits collected prior to an appointment will not be returned. Any communications, documentation, and information will be used to dispute chargebacks to the fullest extent.
What's needed to make an appointment:
If an appointment slot is available, an appointment may be booked with 3 hours' notice.
In some rare cases, including but not limited to previous no-show or cancellation, we may request a deposit be paid up front.
A valid phone number or email address is not required to make an appointment.
When an appointment is cancelled:
An appointment may be cancelled if we do not have a phone number or email address on file.
If a deposit is collected prior to an appointment, it will be refunded at our discretion.
When an appointment is considered late or a no-show:
We're all human. Life happens. We will make every effort to reach out and let everyone involved know if we are running behind. Please reach out either by calling, email or text if you are running behind or if you think we need to reschedule.
If we havent heard from you fifteen minutes prior to an appointment, or fifteen minutes after the start of our appointment, we will cancel the appointment.
